At Rootique, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in offering high-quality hair and scalp care products made with care and integrity. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.





1. Returns Eligibility



Due to the nature of our products (hair care, scalp tools, and personal care items), we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.


You may be eligible for a return only if:


  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part






2. Non-Returnable Items



The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:


  • Opened or used hair products (oils, shampoos, mousses, butters, soaps)
  • Personal care tools (dermastamps, scalp stimulators, oil caps, bonnets) once opened
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards






3. Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging



Once verified, we will offer:


  • A replacement, or
  • A refund (if replacement is unavailable)






4. Refund Process



  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side






5. Return Shipping



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Rootique is not responsible for lost return parcels






6. Exchanges



We do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, please return the item (as per policy) and place a new order.
