1. Processing Time



  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation and tracking details via email or WhatsApp
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended






2. Shipping Locations



We currently ship to:


  • All provinces within South Africa



International shipping may be introduced in the future.





3. Shipping Rates



  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected courier
  • Any applicable promotions or free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout






4. Delivery Timeframes (South Africa)



Estimated delivery times after dispatch:


  • Major cities: 2–4 business days
  • Outlying areas: 3–7 business days



Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.





5. Order Tracking



  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress using the provided tracking details






6. Delivery Issues & Delays



Rootique is not responsible for:


  • Delays caused by courier companies
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability



If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.





7. Damaged or Lost Parcels



  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist in logging a claim with the courier
  • Replacement or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis






8. Public Holidays & Peak Periods



Orders placed during public holidays, sales, or promotions may experience delays. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
